When life gives you lemons, how do you make lemonade out of it?
We all feel different emotions at different times in our lives. Some of them such as anger, sadness, grief, and loss are difficult for us to control during challenging times. If you have held back your emotions for a long time, you may need a safe container to allow yourself to cry, get angry, laugh out loud, and basically just "feel" again. Blaming someone else for making you feel a certain way, will give you more pain and not bring you true healing.
In Kahyangan connection circle, we will provide you with a safe, supportive, and empathetic space; so you may express your pent-up emotions through sharing your stories. You will learn how to empower each other with practical tools for emotional well-being. You will come out of the circle feeling more loved and resilient in facing your daily life.
